  • Hilfe meine externe festplatte lässt sich nicht einbinden

    laut der Ausgabe von dmesg wird die HDD als /dev/sda erkannt.

    Laut der Ausgabe befindet sich aber keine Partition auf dem Datenträger oder die Partition wurde nicht erkannt.

    Wie hast du die USB-Festplatte an den Raspberry Pi angeschlossen? Hat diese eine eigene Spannungsversorgung oder hängt diese an einem aktiven USB-Hub?

  • Hallo Danke für die Antwort

    habe die festplatte direkt an den pi gehängt...was wenn es funkt auch meine wunsch-konfiguration ist, da ich in einem weiteren schritt das ganze mit solarpanel und akku betreiben möchte

    gerade gemerkt das dies nicht die Antwort auf die frage ist: also die festplatte hat keine eigene stromversorgung

    wenn es eine 2,5" USB-Festplatte ohne eigenes Netzteil ist, dann solltest du auf jeden Fall einen aktiven USB-Hub zwischen Raspberry Pi und USB-Festplatte hängen. Die Stromversorgung des Raspberry Pi's reicht nicht für eine USB-Festplatte aus. Es kann daher das System abstürzen oder einfrieren, die USB-Festplatte läuft eventuell nicht an oder verliert sporadisch die Verbindung.

  • Hallo ralph.stark,

    Der Raspberry Pi hat am Eingang der Spannungsversorgung eine 1,1A Sicherung. Für den Raspberry Pi selber musst du mit 700mA rechnen. Das bedeutet es sind noch ca. 400mA für die USB-Geräte verfügbar. Eine USB-Festplatte benötigt in der Regel 500mA oder mehr. Besonders beim Anlaufen der Festplatte zieht diese weit mehr als 500mA. Du siehst also, auch bei einem Y-Kabel welches du an die beiden USB-Ports des Raspberry Pi's anschließt wird die Stromversorgung nicht ausreichen.
