Hallo,
ich habe zwei WD Red 3TB Platten übrig und würde die gerne an zwei Pis hängen - einmal als NAS, das andere als Backup. (Ist mehr Proof of Concept)
Als Adapter von SATA auf USB hab ich dieses Gerät von Anker (Amazon-Link [Anzeige]) bestellt.
Am PC hat das alles wunderbar gepasst. Hab von meiner externen USB3-Platte die Daten erst auf die eine "interne" Platte gezogen, dann das gleiche Spiel mit der zweiten Platte gemacht.
Jetzt hab ich die WD Red über Adapter an den Pi angeschlossen. Anders als am PC blinkt die blaue LED ständig, und die Festplatte klingt, als würde sie hochfahren und nach ca. 3 Sekunden macht es "Klack!" und sie fängt von vorne an. Man hat ein wenig das Gefühl, dass sie versucht zu starten und dann irgendwie hängenbleibt.
Wenn ich mit lsusb schaue, ob die Platte bzw. der Adapter im System ist, erhalte ich folgende vorher/nachher-Ausgabe:

Die Bridge/der Adapter ist also gefunden worden, aber die Festplatte will wohl so nicht.
Jetzt ist die Frage: Kann man da in diesem vorhandenen Setup überhaupt noch was machen? Muss ich mir einen anderen Adapter holen? Ist die Festplatte vielleicht schon gemountet, obwohl sie da nicht drinsteht? Ist ja keine USB-Festplatte ...

Die Festplatten sind relativ neu. Kann eigentlich nicht sein, dass die kaputt sind - auch noch beide gleichzeitig - nachdem ich gerade mit Windows drauf geschrieben habe.
